Where it started
A wallet frustration turned into a small leather goods company
Larkville started with a simple frustration: most wallets look worse the day after you buy them. Cheap corners peel, stitching comes loose, and the "leather" is usually anything but.
We wanted to build the opposite — a wallet that gets better every year you carry it. So we went back to basics: full-grain and crazy-horse hides, hand-cut panels, and edges stitched by hand instead of a machine set to "fast."
Every wallet that leaves our workshop is checked by a person, not just a scanner. If a stitch isn't right, it doesn't ship.

Every Larkville wallet is built from one of two leathers — both full-grain, both built to develop a deeper patina the more you use them.
Full-grain leather
Smooth, consistent grain that darkens gradually and resists creasing.
Crazy-horse leather
A waxier hide that pulls up lighter when flexed, giving a two-tone look.
