1. The store

This site is operated by Sand Lark LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE STE N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. Sand Lark LLC is an authorized retailer of Larkville wallets. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Sand Lark LLC; "you" refers to you, the visitor or customer.

2. Where we sell

We sell and ship within the United States only. Orders with a shipping address outside the United States cannot be accepted.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence to place an order, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

4. Products and pricing

We do our best to display product colors and details accurately, but screens vary and leather is a natural material — grain and color vary between hides. Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We may correct pricing or description errors and cancel affected orders, refunding you in full.

5. Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud or where an item is unavailable. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

7. Shipping and returns

Delivery and returns are governed by our Shipping policy and Refund policy, which form part of these terms.

8. Accuracy of your information

You agree to provide current and accurate purchase and account information, and to keep it updated so we can complete your order and contact you.

9. Intellectual property

The text, photographs and design of this site belong to Sand Lark LLC or are used with permission. Larkville and the Larkville logo are trademarks of their owner and are used with permission. Nothing on this site gives you any right to use them.

10. Prohibited uses

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or anyone else's rights, to submit false information, or to interfere with the security of the site.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of this site or from any product purchased through it. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing affects your rights under applicable consumer protection law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page is the version that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
