Every US order ships free. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes another 3–5 business days. Alaska and Hawaii can take longer.

Not at the moment. We ship to all 50 US states and Washington DC only.

You get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with a tracking number as soon as it ships. If tracking hasn't moved after 3 business days, message us and we'll chase it.

Send it back unused, in its original packaging, within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Start it on our Returns & Warranty page and we'll send you a return authorization and the address for your order.

Fill in the form on our Returns & Warranty page with your order number, or message us on WhatsApp. We'll reply with a return authorization and instructions. Return postage is yours unless the wallet arrived damaged or we sent the wrong one — then we cover it.

Yes. The fastest way is to return the original for a refund and place a new order, so you aren't waiting on us twice.

Yes — a 24-month replacement guarantee against faults in how the wallet was made, such as stitching coming undone or edge coating peeling. Normal aging and accidental damage aren't covered. The full list is on the Returns & Warranty page.

Both are full-grain hide. The Heritage is oil pull-up: oil-tanned, smooth to start, and it lightens where it bends then settles back as the oils move. The Drifter, Wayfarer and Foundry are crazy horse: the same hide finished with a hot wax, so it looks distressed and two-tone from day one and shrugs off light rain.

Only the leather. Both have six card slots, two full-size bill compartments and two ID windows. The Heritage is oil pull-up and comes in five colors; the Drifter is crazy horse and looks worn-in from the first week.

The Heritage, Drifter and Foundry each hold six cards. The Wayfarer holds five and is the slimmest of the four. For ID windows, the Heritage and Drifter have two each, the Wayfarer has one, and the Foundry has none.

Yes. The blocking lining is built into the card slots themselves on all four wallets, so there is no separate sleeve to remember. A contactless reader held against the closed wallet gets nothing back.

Wipe it with a dry cloth. On the Heritage, work in a neutral leather conditioner once or twice a year. On the crazy horse wallets, skip the conditioner for the first few months — the wax is already doing that job — and rub small scratches out with your thumb. If a wallet gets wet, let it dry naturally, never on a radiator.
